The French Open also called Roland-Garros is the only Grand Slam event held on red clay.  The French Open is a major tennis tournament held over two weeks between late May and early June at the Stade Roland-Garros in Paris, France. It is the second of four annual Grand Slam tournaments, the other three being the Australian Open, Wimbledon and the US Open. Tickets to Court Philippe-Chatrier give access to reserved seats for the entire day. These tickets also give access to unreserved seats for all numbered Outside Courts.

Suzanne Lenglen Tickets:
Tickets to Court Suzanne-Lenglen give access to reserved seats for the entire day. These tickets also give access to unreserved seats for all numbered Outside Courts.

Seating is sold in pairs only
We guarantee to seat you in pairs (two together).  When you need a single, three or more odd tickets; we’ll do our best to seat you together; however, we cannot guarantee this.  Single or odd number tickets will be in a different price range.   For groups of 8 or more, kindly check availability with our team, by phone or e-mail. In most cases we will be able to confirm a specific request or offer an alternative solution.

Delivery
These will be based on e-tickets and will be sent to your email +- 1 week prior to the event.  This information and other important information will be provided to you 2-6 weeks before travel.

It’s advised to purchase tickets early to provide you with the best available seats.  The price for lower category tickets becomes more expensive and the availability of good seats becomes harder to secure closer to the event.

What time does play start?
Up until Finals’ weekend play is scheduled to start at 11am on Philippe-Chatrier and Suzanne-Lenglen. Quarter Finals start from 2pm, ladies doubles final and Men’s singles Semi-finals start from 11am and both Mens and Ladies Finals are scheduled to start at 3pm. Play starts on the outside courts from 11am. The grounds of Roland Garros open from 10.30am daily.

What if it rains?
There will be a retractrable roof on Philippe Chatrier court that will be available to prevent any further delays due to weather disturbances.

If I order multiple tickets, am I guaranteed to sit next to each other?
Sports Tickets guarantees that when you order two tickets, the seats will be located next to each other. For more than two tickets we do our best to have the additional ticket(s) as close together as possible.

I want to see the best and most famous tennis players. For which court should I buy tickets?
The best and most famous players most often (not always) play on the center court of the Roland Garros venue which is the Philippe Chatrier court.  But it’s not guaranteed. The Order of play which indicates where and when players will play doesn’t come out until the night before.

Can I select a specific tennis player to watch?
As the draw has not been held and the schedule is not known yet, you cannot select a specific tennis player to watch.

Is the ticket I bought valid for the entire day?
Yes, the ticket is valid for the entire day.

Dress Code
The dress code for admittance to the restaurants and bars is smart casual. In particular, we request that you and your guests do not wear torn jeans, running vests, dirty trainers or sports shorts. Tailored shorts for both ladies and gentlemen are acceptable. Gentlemen are not required to wear a jacket and tie.  Opt for natural fabrics like cotton & linen when you’re at a hot weather tournament. Bring a hat and sunscreen!

Around the Courts

  • Switch off mobile phones, tablets and other communication devices in the stands and around the courts and disable the flash on your camera.
  • In common with many other major sports and entertainment events, selfie sticks are not allowed into the Grounds.
  • Only enter and leave a stand at a change of ends and never during a tie-break.
  • Do not make noise during a rally.
  • Never applaud a net cord or double fault.
  • Smoking, which includes e-cigarettes, is forbidden within the stands of any court and in all areas covered by legislation.
  • Drinks may only be consumed from plastic or cardboard cups. Only uncorked bottles are permitted on courts.
  • Babes in arms and children under five are not permitted in any Show Court.
