  Circuit Ricardo Tormo, also known as Circuit de Valencia and officially named Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo is located in Cheste,  20km to the west of  Valencia, Spain. The stadium-style nature of the stands around the track means the whole of the circuit can be viewed by the fans and offers 120 000 grandstand seats.  The track is named after Spanish, two-time world champion Grand Prix Motorcycle racer Ricardo Tormo who died in 1998 of leukemia. Nearest Airport

The nearest airport to Valencia (VLC) commonly known as Manises Airport is the main international and domestic airport serving the city of Valencia and its province in Spain. It is located 8 kilometers (5 miles) west of Valencia city and the Ricardo Torno Circuit is approximately 21 km away by road.  There are various options getting from the airport to Valencia city . The Metrobus Line 150 probably the cheapest option to reach downtown Valencia and runs all year from Monday to Friday from 5.25am to 11.00pm, every 26 minutes. Saturday from 05:25 am to 10:05 pm, every 35 minutes, there is no service on Sundays and public holidays and the total trip time is about 50minutes. Board it outside the Departures Hall, at the First level of Terminal 1 and tickets are sold on board to the driver.
 
Taxi ranks outside the main terminal building are available and get you to the city in about 20 minutes.  Car Rental at the Valencia Airport through their online renting service by website. To transfer to Valencia city centre by metro there are a couple of underground lines linked with both downtown and port and you can find the Metro Station at the ground level of lthe Regional Terminal. Tickets are sold at the ticket machines available in every metro station.
 

 

Getting to the Circuit:   Parking

If you are driving, be warned that the main car parks close to the track fill up VERY early – you are likely to end up with a several mile walk. Our VIP and hospitality customers can request a VIP parking pass from us.

Car and Taxi

Hiring a vehicle to get to the Circuit Ricardo Tormo is an option which is approximately 24km away and will take approximately 30minutes to drive.  Taxi service is also available to get to the circuit.

Train

It takes an average of 34m to travel from Valencia to Circuit Ricardo Tormo by train, over a distance of around (22 km). There are normally 3 trains per day travelling from Valencia to Circuit Ricardo Tormo and tickets for this journey start from when you book in advance. It is possible to take a train from Valencia centre direct to Cheste, with just a 10 minute walk to the circuit. The trains can get very crowded, but are very inexpensive.
